Author Workshops – From Pen to Profit
Whether you’re a fiction or non-fiction author, getting through the ‘post writing’ stage of your book is challenging. There’s so much to learn, and so many rabbit holes to go down. A lot of time wasting and expensive mis-information makes the terrain ahead feel like it’s filled with rockslides, waterfalls, cliffedges and swamps. We decided that this year we want to lose far fewer authors to those jagged edges of uncertainty and are hosting workshops and training sessions to assist in your learning.
Starting on Sunday 5th May, at 10am, we’re running the first of several sessions for authors
to cover indepth exactly how to do the following:
- Get your book uploaded to Ingram Spark, work out your pricing, what information to include, how to navigate the print on demand options and some bonus information to help too.
- Get your book uploaded to Amazon, including working out how to do Amazon A+ content for extra marketing value.
- Additional Author-Essential Tools such as Canva, BookSprout, The Fussy Librarian, Instagram and Kindlepreneur – how and why we use these, every day.
These sessions are being held fortnightly. So book the dates now: Sunday 5th May, Sunday 19th May and Sunday 2nd June.
